Our offer: 10:00 am tour “Hutbierg”: on a 6 km walk along the “Hutbierg” in Rumelange, our guide will show you some of the remains of iron ore mining and the beautiful landscape. (max. 31 pers.) 2:30 pm tour “3000 years of Mining Ligthing”: deep in the mine, our historian will present different types of lamps used by generations of miners, from antiquity to the present day. (max. 31 pers.) 4:30 pm tour „Lost places“: on a circuit of about 3 km, our guide will show you the underground industrial remains and orginal rooms from the 1960’s when the mine was closed. (max. 31 pers.) The exposition at the reception is open from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm.
